Overview

Vantage Life Institute, Inc. MSO (“Vantage MSO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates and maintains the website located at vantagelifeinstitute.com (including all sub-pages) and any related applications or online services (collectively, the “Site”). Vantage MSO supports the non-clinical management, administrative, and technology needs of Vantage Life Institute NJ, P.A. (the “P.A.”) and subcontracts certain functions to RoVR Technologies, Inc. (“RoVR”). Throughout this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), Vantage MSO, RoVR, the P.A., and any additional third-party service partners engaged to power or enhance our services (e.g., laboratory and diagnostic-imaging providers, testing-kit suppliers, electronic-medical-record platforms, cloud-hosting or cybersecurity vendors, payment processors, logistics and fulfillment partners, medical-device manufacturers, telehealth and communications platforms, analytics providers, and other non-clinical vendors) are referred to collectively as the “Companies,” “we,” or “us.”

This Policy explains how Vantage MSO—as operator of the Site—collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through the Site. RoVR maintains its own privacy policies governing the information it processes while providing subcontracted services; those policies are available at rovrstack.ai/privacy-policy. Individual Service Partners may likewise maintain separate privacy policies governing their handling of data; please review those policies where applicable.

Healthcare Services Provider & HIPAA

This Policy does not govern clinical information created or maintained by the P.A. or any licensed healthcare professionals. The P.A.’s collection, use, and disclosure of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) are governed by its separate Notice of Privacy Practices issued under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). If you are or become a patient of the P.A., please review that Notice for details on how your PHI is handled.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third-party websites, applications, or services that link to or are accessible from the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
